Pita appetizer with cheese and sardine
The roll is very tasty, and it is prepared very quickly. The roll is suitable for a festive menu and will look good on the table. This roll is convenient to take with you on a picnic or on the road. I highly recommend making it, especially since it is very easy and quick.
Constituents:
- pita sheets – 3 pieces (1 pack)
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- hard cheese – 150-200 gr.
- canned sardine – 1 can
- mayonnaise – 1-1,5 pack
- garlic – 1-2 cloves
Cooking:
Boil the eggs, cool and grate them. Grate the cheese. Mash the sardine with a fork. Put about 0.5 packet of mayonnaise in a bowl and squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic into it.
Spread one sheet of pita, smear with mayonnaise and top with grated eggs. Cover it with the second sheet of pita, smear with mayonnaise mixed with garlic and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the third sheet of pita on top and place the sardine.
Roll up everything tightly.
Put the roll in the refrigerator for 0.5-1 hour to let it infuse. You can also serve it immediately if desired. Before serving, cut the roll into portioned pieces and arrange on a plate.
