Baked buns with cheese and garlic
When we were visiting my husband's sister, we tried these buns - soft, flavorful, savory and delicious. I was impressed by them and rushed to make them at home, as they are very easy and quick to make. The whole secret is in "smoked" cheese, which gives a special aroma and taste to the buns. Perfect for a family dinner!
Composition:
- buns "student" - 3 pieces .
- garlic - 3 cloves
- mozzarella - 50 gr.
- cheddar "smoked" - 30 gr.
- cream butter - 20 gr.
- salt - to taste
Cooking baked rolls with cheese and garlic:
Cut the buns lengthwise into two halves and brush with butter.
Grate the cheese and remove the core from the garlic cloves and finely chop.
Mix the cheese and garlic, season with salt if necessary (consider the saltiness of the cheese!).
Spread the cheese filling on top of the buns and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

Careful not to let them burn. If you have a grill function, you can use it.
Serve hot.
