Mascarpone and raspberry dessert
A delicious, light and refreshing dessert. You can use any berries or fruits instead of raspberries.
Constituents (for 2-3 servings):
- raspberries – 200 gr.
- mascarpone – 200 gr.
- powdered sugar – 6 tbsp.
Cooking:
Grind the raspberries (or any other berries and fruits) and 3 tbsp of powdered sugar or sugar into a puree, leaving a few berries for decoration.
Powdered sugar.
Mix the mascarpone with the remaining powdered sugar.
Pour some berry puree into serving molds or regular glasses, place mascarpone on top, and, alternating layers, fill the dishes. Garnish the top with a few raspberries.
