Simple quail soup
A simple, light and tasty soup. Whole quails add a touch of originality to the dish, and the soup is no more difficult to prepare than with ordinary chicken meat.
All of this soup is easy and tasty.
Constituents (for 3 servings):
- quail - 3 pieces .
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- carrots - 1 piece
- onion - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- greens
Cooking soup with quail:
Wash the gutted quails thoroughly, pour cold water over them and put them on the fire. Once the water boils, remove any foam that has formed and reduce the heat.
Add potatoes cut into small pieces, finely chopped onions and carrots to the boiling water.
Cook the soup until the vegetables are ready - about 40 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking add salt, black pepper and bay leaf.
When serving, sprinkle the soup with finely chopped herbs.
