Soup with canned fish
A simple but very flavorful and tasty fish soup. It's quick and easy to prepare, and even a novice cook can handle it.
Constituents:
- potatoes – 4 medium tubers
- onion – 1 piece .
- carrots – 1 piece .
- canned fish «sardine in oil» - 1 pc.
- greens
Cooking:
Take 2 liters of water in a pot and put it on fire. In the meantime, peel the vegetables. Chop the onions and carrots finely, cut the potatoes into medium sized pieces. As soon as the water boils, send the vegetables into it.
When the potatoes are ready, put the canned sardine into the soup. Salt the soup, add a bay leaf and pepper. Bring the soup to a boil and turn it off.
When serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
