Peking cabbage, jamon and cherry tomato salad

A delicious, crunchy and hearty salad. It will look great on a festive table or at a romantic dinner. It takes 5 minutes to make, but all your guests will love it.

Peking Cabbage, Ham and Cherry Salad

 

Composition:

  • jamon - 100 gr.
  • cherry tomatoes - 200 gr.
  • Peking cabbage - half a small fork
  • arugula - small bundle
  • onion - 1 small piece
  • red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking:

Shred the cabbage, finely chop or tear the arugula and place on a plate. Top with finely chopped onion and cherry tomatoes sliced in half.
Separately mix red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and ground black pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
Top the salad with jamon cut into small pieces.
