Shrimp and orange salad
A bright and colorful salad. The orange adds juiciness and is well integrated into the overall flavor of the salad. Everything is simple and quick. This salad is suitable for a family dinner and for a festive table.
Constituents (2-4 servings):
- mixed salad - wrap
- orange - 1 piece .
- cherry tomatoes - 120 gr.
- large (tiger) shrimps - 12-15 pcs.
- parmesan - 40 gr.
- olive oil - 5 tbsp.
- juice of 1 orange
Preparation of salad with shrimp and orange:
Peel the shrimp from the shell, remove the intestinal vein, salt, pepper and fry in a pan in olive oil.
Place the cooked shrimp on a napkin to soak up excess fat.
Wash and coarsely chop the leaf lettuce.
Peel the orange from its peel and cut segments from it (fillet the orange without the membranes).
Mix the lettuce leaves with the orange segments, add the cherry tomatoes cut in two. Salt and pepper the salad, drizzle with olive oil and orange juice and mix.
Top with the shrimp and grated Parmesan slices.
