Salad with chicken fillet, peppers and corn
A juicy, fresh, yet quite hearty salad. The vegetables go very well together. Delicious, smart and festive salad.
	
Constituents:
- chicken fillet – 1 pcs.
 - bell pepper – 1 piece .
 - canned corn – 1 can (250 g) .
 - Peking cabbage – 0,5 small fork
 - mayonnaise for dressing
 
Cooking:
Clean chicken fillet from films and fat and cut into small cubes.
Cut into small cubes.
	
Pan fry the meat in a small amount of vegetable oil until browned.
	
	Sliced peppers, shredded cabbage.
	Mix pieces of fillet, pepper, cabbage and corn, salt, dress with mayonnaise and serve.
