Salad with Peking cabbage "Freshness"
I love the classic fresh cucumber and tomato salad and make it very often in the summer. But this salad will now compete with it - fresh, crunchy, with an Italian flavor that olive oil adds to it. I recommend you try this salad, it's easy to make, but it's perfect for both a holiday table and a family dinner.
Constituents:
- tomato - 2 pieces .
- cucumber - 1 pc.
- Peking cabbage - 0.5 heads
- sweet pepper - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc .
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Cooking:
Cucumber cut in half rings, diced pepper, diced tomato and add chopped cabbage and finely chopped onion. Mix everything together, salt, pepper, dress with olive oil and a splash of lemon juice if desired. Garnish with a few cherry tomatoes and serve immediately.
