Salad with tomatoes, olives and arugula

It would seem that all the usual and familiar ingredients, but it turns out magical. The most important thing is to take aromatic ripe tomatoes and choose delicious olives. And if you've got a bit of Parmesan in the fridge, feel free to add it to the salad and it'll be a real winner.

Constituents:

  • tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
  • cherry tomatoes - a handful
  • cucumber - 2 pcs.
  • green onion - 4-5 sprigs
  • olives - 2 handfuls
  • arugula - half a bunch
  • basil - 3 sprigs
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation of salad with tomatoes, olives and arugula:

Wash the vegetables and herbs.
Tear the arugula and place in a salad bowl. Top with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with finely chopped onion and basil, and arrange the olive halves on top.

Salt and pepper the salad, dress with olive oil and serve.
