Salad with arugula and salmon
Light and tasty salad. It is prepared in an elementary way, but it will take its rightful place on the festive table. This salad can be taken as a basis, adding different ingredients to it, combining with fish, to your taste.
Constituents (for 2-3 servings):
- – small bunch of lettuce leaves
- arugula – small bunch
- fillet of salmon (salmon, trout) lightly salted – 200 gr.
- sesame seeds
- olive oil – 3 tbsp.
- Balsamic vinegar or lemon juice – 1 tbsp .
Cooking:
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and arugula. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, cut off the stalks from the arugula leaves. Mix the lettuce and arugula and arrange them in the center of the dish.
Cut fish in small pieces and place on top of greens.
Cut a strip from the fish, roll «rose» and place in the center.
Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar separately and drizzle over the salad. The balsamic vinegar can be replaced with lemon juice.
If necessary, pepper and salt the salad.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the dressed salad.
