Salad with salmon, grapefruit and avocado
A very tasty and festive salad. The ingredients are perfectly combined and give a balanced and pleasant flavor. The salad is prepared in 5 minutes and will be a worthy decoration of the festive table.
Composition:
- lightly salted salmon (or other red fish) - 150 gr.
- avocado - 1 piece .
- grapefruit - 1 pc.
- lettuce leaves - a bunch
- chives - 8-10 feathers
- olive oil
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking
Wash, dry and tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Dice the salmon.
Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes. Peel the grapefruit, then peel the skin off each slice (to avoid bitterness) and cut into 2-3 pieces.
Place ingredients in a bowl, salt, pepper, dress with olive oil and mix.
