Salad with salmon, radish and cherries

I like to experiment and combine different flavors, sometimes seemingly incompatible. This salad was refreshing and delicious.

Ingredients:

for 2 servings

  • boiled salmon fillets - about 150-200 g;
  • salad leaves or salad mix - 2 handfuls;
  • Reduce - 6 pieces;
  • frozen cherries - 16 pcs;
  • ukrop - a few sprigs;
  • green onions - 2 pcs;
  • honey - 1/2 tsp;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Cooking salad with salmon, radish and cherries

Defrost the cherries beforehand, remove them from excess moisture on a paper towel.

Pre-boil salmon with ginger root, celery, and salt (additions are at your discretion). Remove the fillets from the broth and refrigerate.

Wash the lettuce and shred into random pieces. Place on a plate. Cut the salmon into small pieces and place on a plate with the salad and radishes. Top with the cherries.

Wash and finely chop the dill and green onion and sprinkle over the salad. Pour the vegetable oil into a bowl, add the honey, stir and drizzle over the salad. Serve.
