  • pumpkin - 200 gr.
  • lettuce - 2 bunches
  • ham - 100 gr.
  • hard cheese - 100 gr.
  • pumpkin seeds (or sunflower seeds) - 100 gr.

  • balsamic vinegar - 1 c. l.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • salt, pepper, coriander

dressing:

  • olive oil - 4 tbsp

Preparation of baked pumpkin salad:

Cut the pumpkin into 1-2 cm slices.

Balsamic vinegar can be substituted for the wine vinegar.

Mix the pumpkin with the marinade, place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden (25-30 minutes).

Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and place on a plate and drizzle with half of the dressing. You can substitute spinach or arugula for the lettuce.
Place thin slices of ham and cheese on the salad.

I diced the ham and cheese and made a mistake. It's better to cut thin slices - this way the flavors of the salad are better "united" flavors.

Place the baked pumpkin slices on top and sprinkle the salad with the seeds. Then pour over the remaining dressing and mix gently.
