A very easy to make recipe for yeast pizza dough, but still a very tasty dough. The recipe is from the Italian recipe book "The Silver Spoon". Everything is simple - mix flour, yeast, salt and water and forget about it for three hours, then stretch the dough on a baking tray, put your favorite toppings, 15 minutes in the oven and voila - delicious pizza is ready. In addition, the dough does not contain butter and eggs and is great for people who are fasting or vegetarians.

Grease a baking tray with olive oil or cover with baking paper.
Roll out the circle of dough over the baking tray so that it covers the entire area. The dough should be thicker at the edges than in the center.
Spread the toppings over the dough, leaving 2cm of free dough around the edges.
Cook the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
