The patties made with this dough are very quick to make and always turn out delicious. This dough is ideal for fried patties. It is delicious both hot and cold, and the softness of the dough is well preserved.

cottage cheese pie dough

Constituents:

  • cottage cheese - 250 gr.
  • flour - 200 gr. (+50 gr. to cut the dough)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 2 tsp.
  • baking soda – 0.5 tsp.

Cooking:

Place all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead an elastic dough. Depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese, you may need a little more flour, but it is better not to add flour to this dough than vice versa, otherwise the pies may turn out very dense and not so tasty. The dough should be slightly sticky at the end of kneading.
Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes, then roll the dough thin enough and mold the patties. Fry these patties in vegetable oil. You can use any unsweetened filling.
Bon appetit!
