Potatoes baked with lard in the oven
Delicious potatoes with a crispy baked crust, but crumbly inside. Cooked simply and quickly. The recipe of my friend Marina, for which she thanks a lot!
Composition:
- potatoes – 500 gr.
- lard – 150 gr.
Cooking:
Peel potatoes, chop coarsely, salt, spices and mix well.
Place the potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray, top with thinly sliced pieces of lard and bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius until browned.
If desired, you can use smoked lard, then the potatoes will turn out more flavorful.
