Potatoes baked in the oven
Delicious potatoes that don't take much time or effort to prepare. The degree of browning of the potatoes can be adjusted independently.
Constituents:
- potatoes – 500 gr.
- vegetable oil – 4 tbsp.
- spices, salt – to taste
Cooking:
Peeled potatoes coarsely chop and boil in salted water until half-cooked. After that, drain the water and let the potatoes dry slightly.
Mix seasonings (oregano, basil, paprika) with vegetable oil.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray and spray with oil and seasonings. Bake in a preheated oven heated to 180 degrees until ready and the desired crust is formed.
