Chicken in beer
Cooking chicken with this recipe doesn't require much hassle, but you'll be pleased with the result. The chicken is juicy, with a bright baked crust. There's no beer flavor.
Composition:
- chicken or its parts – 500 gr.
- beer – 0,5 liters
- salt, spices – to taste
Cooking:
Cut the chicken into pieces or just chicken thighs or thighs. Salt and pepper the chicken, add dried basil and oregano and pour beer over it. Leave the chicken to marinate for 0.5-3 hours.
Place the chicken on a baking tray with high sides, pour about 2/3 cup of marinade into the tray, in which the chicken was marinated, and bake until browned in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. The chicken is ready if no red liquid comes out of it when pierced.
Serve with any side dish or salad.
