Boiled tongue
Tongue is a delicacy. Cooking boiled tongue is not difficult at all, but the resulting dish is very tasty.
Composition:
- beef tongue (about 1 kg) - 1 piece .
- onion - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- salt, peppercorns
Cooking boiled tongue:
Wash the tongue thoroughly, pour cold water, salt and add black pepper peas. Put the tongue on the fire and cook for about 2 hours.
Take out the tongue, pour cold water over it and peel the skin.
Cool the tongue and slice it across into thin slices.
Serve the tongue with vegetables, mayonnaise or just as it is.
