Grilled vegetables
Easy to prepare and flavorful grilled vegetables. You can use any vegetable: eggplant, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, peppers or tomatoes. Adding finely chopped garlic will spice up the dish.
	
Composition:
- eggplants - 1 piece .
 - zucchini - 1 pc.
 - olive oil
 - garlic - 1 clove
 
Cooking grilled vegetables:
	Slice the eggplant and zucchini into rings about 1 cm thick. Drizzle the vegetables lightly with olive oil and mix well.
	Place the vegetables on a grill rack and bake under a heated grill until soft - 15-20 minutes.
	Before serving, salt the grilled vegetables and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.
