Fish baked with rosemary
Another lazy recipe, this time for fish. Sea fish and rosemary are very good friends, the spicy herb gives a simple dish an exquisite taste and aroma, and everything is quick and easy to prepare.
Composition:
- sea fish (I have dorado) - 1 piece .
- rosemary - 2 sprigs
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
Cooking fish baked with rosemary:
Gut the fish, remove the gills, rinse thoroughly.
Slice the skin diagonally, without cutting to the bone.
Salt and pepper the fish inside and out, and brush with olive oil. Put rosemary leaves inside and at the head.
Place the rosemary leaves inside and at the head.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes - until cooked through.
Serve with a side dish or fresh vegetable salad.
Happy appetite!
