Fried dorado with garlic and rosemary
I didn't cook what I promised, but it turned out delicious, so I'm sharing the recipe.
You will need the following ingredients:
- fish (we had dorado)
- lemon
- garlic
Cooking dorado with garlic and rosemary:
I cleaned the fish, took out the insides and gills, washed it, wiped it with a paper napkin. Then I put it in a deeper bowl and marinated it in lemon (I took half of it), salted and peppered it, and put garlic and rosemary inside the fish. I marinated it for about 20 minutes. I carefully cut the sides of the fish with a knife to the bone. Then she put the fish in a hot frying pan (she used just a little oil) and fried it well until it was ready.As a garnish, I cooked stewed zucchini with tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley. Before that, I cooked some lentils.
