Varenyky with cottage cheese and raisins
Tender dumplings - thin dough and juicy filling.
Composition:
- dough for dumplings
- cottage whey - 250g
- sugar - 7 tsp (with a slide)
- egg (small) - 1 piece
- raisins - 50 gr.
Cooking:
Prepare dough for dumplings.
For the filling, mix cottage cheese with sugar and raisins. If the cottage cheese is dry and gruff, it should be rubbed through a sieve.
Make dumplings and boil in boiling water until ready - for 5-7 minutes. Ready dumplings will float to the surface of the water. Remove the dumplings with a skimmer and serve hot, smeared with butter or sprinkled with sour cream.
