Curd dough patties with cabbage
The pies turn out very soft and tender, with a juicy filling.

Prepare cottage cheese pie dough and for the filling stewed cabbage.
Dust the table with flour, divide the dough into equal pieces (10-20 pieces, depending on the desired size of the patties). Shape the pieces of dough into balls, then roll each block thinly enough.
Place the filling in the middle of the flatbread, pinch the edges and form an oblong pie shape.
Fry the patties in enough vegetable oil, placing them in the pan with the skin side down. Fry on both sides until browned and place on paper towels to get rid of excess fat. These patties are delicious both hot and cold.
