Mushrooms stuffed with ham and cheese
An appetizer for mushroom lovers. The stuffing is very tasty and flavorful, and the preparation is not very troublesome.
Composition:
- large mushrooms – 15 pcs.
- onion – 1 pc.
- garlic – 2 cloves
- ham – 100 gr.
- hard cheese – 100 gr.
Cooking:
Peel the caps of the mushrooms, and carefully cut and peel the legs. Boil the caps in salted water for 5-7 minutes.
Chop onion, garlic and mushroom stems finely and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Season the stuffing with salt and pepper.
Place the caps on a baking tray, fill them with the stuffing and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until cooked – about 25 minutes. Serve hot.
