Zucchini and melted cheese appetizer
A simple but delicious appetizer of fried zucchini and melted cheese. This appetizer is similar to appetizer cakes, but is made in portions for each guest.
Constituents:
- zucchini – 1 piece .
- processed cheese – 2 pieces .
- garlic – 3 cloves
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
- tomato – 2 pcs.
Cooking:
Wash zucchini and cut into circles. Fry zucchini in vegetable oil on both sides until browned.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled and cool. Grate melted cheese and eggs on a coarse grater, add pressed garlic, black pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
Cut tomato into circles.
Put a tomato circle on a plate, put a piece of zucchini on top, spread the mixture of melted cheese, put zucchini and cheese again and put zucchini on top. Sprinkle the resulting «turret» with finely chopped garlic or herbs. Serve immediately after cooking.
