Appetizer pancakes with mushrooms
A very tasty appetizer. It is the first thing eaten at all the feasts. The combination of simple products gives an amazing flavor.
Compost:
- pancakes – 10 pieces .
- mushrooms – 500 gr.
- mayonnaise – 200 gr.
- Garlic – 5-6 cloves
Cooking appetizer pancakes with mushrooms:
Prepare pancakes without adding sugar to the batter when cooking.
Clean the mushrooms and put them through a meat grinder.
In a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil fry the mushroom mass until the liquid evaporates. Salt and pepper the mushroom mass, if desired add dried oregano, basil and ground bay leaf.
Press garlic and mix with mayonnaise.
Smear the cooled pancake with mayonnaise, close to the edge lay a strip of mushroom mass.
Roll up the pancake.
Wrap the rest of the pancakes in this manner. Let the pancakes infuse for 30 minutes – 2 hours. Before serving, cut each pancake into 2-3 slices and place on a plate.
