Pancakes on kefir with honey, pine nuts and raspberries

Morning breakfast pancakes, served with fragrant honey and sprinkled with pine nuts and raspberries, with fresh milk - there's nothing more delicious.

Have a delicious breakfast!

Ingredients:

about 20 pancakes

Batter:

  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp;
  • kefir - 1 tbsp;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • soda - 1/2 tsp;
  • sugar as desired (I didn't add it, as I served it with honey).
  • rum flavoring - 1/2 tsp;
  • lemon zest - 1 tbsp.

To serve:

  • honey, pine nuts, raspberries

Cooking pancakes on kefir with honey, pine nuts and raspberries:

Sift the flour through a sieve into a bowl. Make a funnel in the flour and add the kefir, baking soda, salt, egg, gently mix the kefir and egg in the middle and then knead the dough. Add rum flavoring, lemon zest and vegetable oil, mix well. The dough will be liquid.

Heat a skillet on the stove, spray the surface of the skillet lightly with vegetable oil using a sprayer. Scoop the dough into a tablespoon (not enough) and place the dough in the form of small flatbreads on the frying pan. Fry on both sides until golden.

Fry until golden.

Put the finished pancakes in a stack on a plate, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with nuts and raspberries, garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Happy appetite!

This is one of my favorite appetizer pancake recipes: they are flavorful and very tasty, great for both meat fillings and fish.

Pistachio pancakes

I love pistachios in desserts (although salted with beer is fine too). Pistachio eclairs, pistachio tarts, etc. - it's all insanely delicious! In the midst of Pancake Day, it was the pistachio pancakes that made me crave them. The author of the recipe is chef Philippe Andrieu of the pastry house Ladurée. Philippe Andrieu suggests serving these pancakes with cherry filling, but I served them with pistachio custard for the full pistachio delight. Experiment!"

Chocolate pancakes with chocolate sauce

Few of my friends are fasting, but everyone likes to observe Pancake Day before Lent. You bet - it's a great excuse to eat delicious pancakes. I already have a lot of pancake recipes on my blog, for every taste, and chocolate pancakes are already there too. This recipe is different, much simpler, plus the chocolate sauce dramatically changes the flavor of the pancakes, turning them into a great and very tasty dessert. Try it and invite your friends over for tea!
