Thin openwork pancakes on kefir
The pancakes in this recipe are very holey, very delicate, thin and openworked. It's exactly the kind of pancakes that so many people love.
Constituents:
- kefir – 2 tbsp.
- flour – 2 tbsp.
- egg – 2 pcs.
- soda – 0,5 tsp.
- plant oil – 2 tbsp.
- salt, sugar to taste
Cooking:
Combine the kefir, flour, eggs, sugar and salt and mix well with a whisk until homogeneous, so that there are no lumps.
Pour baking soda into 1 cup of boiling water, stir quickly and pour into the dough.
Mix the dough and put it aside for 5 minutes to let it «rest».
After that, add vegetable oil to the batter and fry the pancakes on a heated frying pan. The hotter the frying pan is, the more holes you will get.
