Korean carrots

This spicy salad, based only on carrots, will diversify the winter menu when the amount of vegetables is limited. But it's also suitable for warmer seasons. Fans of spicy dishes can increase the amount of garlic in the recipe, but even so, the salad is spicy and tasty, and it's easy to prepare.

Korean carrots

Constituents:

  • carrots – 1 kg
  • black pepper – 0,5 tsp
  • .
  • red pepper – 0,5 tsp.
  • vinegar – 4 tbsp.
  • sugar – 4 tbsp.
  • salt – 1 tsp.
  • garlic – 1 medium head
  • sunflower oil – 0,5 tbsp.

Cooking Korean carrots:

Peel fresh carrots and grate them on a special grater for Korean carrots. If you don't have one, you can grate them on a regular grater. Peel and mince the garlic with a garlic press.
Add to the carrots all the ingredients listed in the composition, mix well and leave for 2-3 hours to infuse. After the carrots have infused, serve.
