Homemade stew in a slow cooker
Who doesn't love stew - chunks of juicy and soft meat that can be added to any side dish for a quick, hearty and tasty meal. But nowadays, store-bought stew is made up of nothing but meat. Home-made stew comes to the rescue, especially since it is not difficult to cook it in a multicooker.

Cooking homemade stew in a multicooker:
For cooking stew you can take any meat - pork, beef, poultry or mix several types of meat. I most often cook with beef, and the stew turns out very juicy, melting in the mouth and not dry at all.
Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces, put them in a multicooker pot and cook on the "stew" mode for 4 hours (you don't need to add water, the meat will give a lot of juice).
Then add salt, bay leaf and spices to taste and cook again on "stew" for 1-2 hours.
Place the finished stew into jars, pour over the meat juice, cool and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
Before cooking, heat the necessary amount of stew and serve with garnish. It is very tasty with mashed potatoes, pasta and any cereals.
