Buckwheat groats with lentils "beluga" in a multicooker
A great way to diversify the menu and complement the usual taste of buckwheat with the flavor of lentils. A garnish of these two cereals looks very interesting. And if you exclude butter, the dish will be lean.
Composition:
- buckwheat groats – 1,5 tbsp (for multicooker)
- Lentils «beluga» - 0,5 tbsp (for multicooker)
- butter
Cooking:
In lean version you can replace butter with any vegetable oil.
Wash the cereals and put them in the pot of the multicooker.
Pour 3.5 cups (for multicooker) of water, salt, put a bar of butter and cook on the mode «buckwheat» until ready.
If you do not use a multicooker, boil the cereals separately until ready, and before serving, mix them together with butter.
