Cutlets fried in a multicooker
Cooking cutlets in a multicooker requires less fat for frying, leaves less greasy splashes in the kitchen, and the cutlets taste like something between regular and steamed cutlets.
Composition:
- minced meat (beef + pork) - 600 gr.
- onion - 1 pc.
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil for frying
Cooking cutlets in a multicooker:
Chop the onion and potatoes in a food processor or with a blender.
Mix the resulting mass with minced meat.
Add the egg, salt, pepper and mix well.
Lightly baste the mincemeat by lifting it several times and dropping it on the table.
Form the mince into patties and dip in breadcrumbs.
Pour a little vegetable oil into a multicooker pan, turn on the program "bake" 40 minutes and heat for 2-3 minutes.
Place the cutlets in the heated oil, close the multicooker with the lid and fry on each side for about 8 minutes - until light brown.
