Rabbit stewed with tomatoes in multivark
I usually cook rabbit with sour cream or cream, but in summer, when there is such an abundance of fresh vegetables, I wanted to try something new. Well, with a multicooker it's quick and hassle-free. It turned out juicy and flavorful dish. Those who like spicy things can add chili pepper, I think it will be very useful here.
Constituents:
- rabbit - half a carcass
- onion - 1 large piece
- carrots - 1 large piece
- tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.
Preparation of rabbit stewed with tomatoes in a multicooker:
Clean the vegetables. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, dice the tomatoes.
Cut the rabbit into portions.
Grease the bottom of the multicooker with oil, lay out the onions and carrots, place the rabbit pieces on top, then salt, pepper and cover with tomatoes.
Pour in 100ml of water.
Cook on "bake" mode for 30 minutes, then turn on "stew" mode and cook for another 2.5 hours until the meat reaches the desired softness.
Bon appetit!
