Chicken thighs in the oven
Simple but delicious, this chicken is juicy and flavorful. This dish is perfect for a holiday feast, and no one will guess that it took only 5 minutes to prepare.
Composition:
- chicken thighs or thighs – 10 pieces .
- mayonnaise – 0,5 pack
- mustard – 3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper – to taste
Cooking chicken thighs in the oven:
Wash the meat and put it in a bowl. Salt and pepper it, add mayonnaise and mustard and mix everything well. Put it in the fridge for a few hours, you can even overnight.
After the meat is marinated, put it on a baking tray and put it in the oven. Bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick – if the meat is easily pierced and there is no blood coming out of it, it is ready.
