Chicken stomachs (navels) with vegetables in soy sauce
This dish is prepared similarly to "Chinese-style tongue". You can cook it with chicken or duck stomachs. Delicious, juicy and flavorful.
Composition:
- Stomachs (navels) – 500 gr.
- onions – 2 pcs.
- bell pepper – 3 pcs.
- soy sauce – 4 tbsp.
Cooking:
Clean the stomachs from the inner films and fat.

Boil the stomachs in salted water until tender - about 1.5 hours. Slice the cooked stomachs into thin strips.

Slice the onions into half rings.
Peel bell peppers and cut into strips.
In a skillet with a little vegetable oil, fry the onions and peppers until soft, add the stomachs, soy sauce and braise under a closed lid for 10-15 minutes.
Salt and pepper the dish if necessary.
Serve with any garnish.
