Steamed salmon
A perfectly simple and elementary recipe for cooking any red fish. The fat content makes the fish tender and juicy. Delicious, and most importantly, very healthy.
Composition:
- salmon or other red fish
- salt to taste
Cooking salmon on steam:
Cut the fish into 1-2 cm thick steaks and place them on the bottom of the steamer.
Cook on steam for 20-35 minutes (depending on the thickness of the steaks). Lightly salt the finished fish.
Serve with vegetable salad or vegetable side dish. If desired, fish can be poured with sauce, but it turns out to be quite fatty and juicy. Therefore, the sauce is not necessary.
Bon appetit!
