A delicious way to cook young potatoes. Potatoes with a ruddy, crispy crust, and the inside is soft and tender.

- frying oil
Cooking:
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender, without letting them boil.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in it until browned.
