Young potatoes in sour cream
A delicious and easy recipe for cooking young potatoes.
Composition:
- potatoes – 300 gr.
- sour cream – 3-4 tbsp.
- herbs
- vegetable oil for frying
Cooking:
Peel young potatoes and boil them until tender, without letting them boil.
Fry the potatoes in a frying pan in vegetable oil until browned. After that add sour cream to the pan, stir so that the potatoes are evenly covered with sour cream and turn off. When serving, sprinkle potatoes with chopped dill greens.
