Steamed chicken cutlets
Steamed cutlets are dietary and healthy, but no less delicious. The cutlets turn out moderately juicy and quite tender.
Constituents:
- chicken fillet — 750 gr .
- onion — 1 pc.
- white breadcrumbs — 2 handfuls
- salt, pepper — to taste
Cooking:
Put the chicken fillet, onion and breadcrumbs through a meat grinder and make mince. Season with salt and pepper.
Mold cutlets the size of a hen's egg and place in a steamer mold.
Cook for 30-40 minutes on a steamer.
