Liver fritters
Liver is a very healthy product, rich in iron. The recipe of liver fritters is very simple and quick, but will bring a nice and tasty variety to the menu of liver dishes.
Constituents:
- beef liver – 400g .
- carrots – 1 pcs.
- onion – 1 pc.
- egg – 1 pc.
- flour – 3 tbsp.
- vegetable oil
- salt – to taste
- garlic – 1 clove
Preparation of liver fritters:
Clean the vegetables. Chop the onion and garlic, and cut the carrots into small pieces. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Rinse the liver, clean from films and ducts, dry and cut into large pieces.
Chop the liver in a blender along with the carrots until smooth.
Add the fried onion and garlic, egg, flour, salt and pepper to the liver mixture and mix well.

In a skillet, heat some oil. Spoon the liver mixture in the form of fritters 2–3 cm apart and fry until cooked - 3–4 minutes on each side.

Serve hot.
