Fish fried in flour
This is the simplest recipe for cooking fried fish. But in order to give the fish a nice flavor and aroma, there are a few simple rules.
Composition:
- fish - 1 kg
- flour - 7-10 tbsp;
- salt - to taste
- onion - 1 large piece .
- vegetable oil for frying
Cooking:
Clean the fresh or defrosted fish, wash and cut into portioned pieces. To give the fish a pleasant aroma and flavor, it should be marinated. To do this, grate an onion on a fine grater, add salt and keep the fish in this mixture for 1-2 hours.
After that the fish should be rolled in flour and fried on a hot frying pan in vegetable oil on both sides until golden color.
