Fish baked in foil
A simple and quick way to cook fish. The recipe doesn't use a drop of oil and the fish is healthy and dietary. I recommend using any non-boneless fish in this recipe, hake, including frozen fish, is perfect.
Composition:
- fish (can be frozen) - 2 pieces .
- salt, pepper - to taste
- oregano, basil
Cooking:
Wash the fish, if the fish is frozen, you can not defrost it beforehand. Salt, pepper and season to taste.
Prepare the fish.
Wrap the fish tightly in foil.
Bake the fish for 35-45 minutes in a preheated oven heated to 180 degrees.
Serve with a simple vegetable salad or boiled vegetables.
