Spaghetti with meat and vegetables in soy sauce
I first tried this dish in a Japanese restaurant and liked it so much that I couldn't resist trying to make it at home, especially since all the ingredients are very simple and available. Now I don't order this dish in a restaurant, as it turns out just as delicious at home, if not to say tastier. If you love pasta, soy sauce or Japanese cuisine, be sure to make a dish using this recipe! The dish is very juicy, flavorful and delicious.
Composition:
- veal or pork (loin) - 300 gr.
- onion - 1-2 pcs.
- bell pepper (fleshy) - 2-3 pcs.
- soy sauce - 4-5 tbsp. (if you want, you can use more) .
- pasta (spaghetti or noodles) - 250g .
- salt, pepper - to taste
- vinegar - 2-3 tbsp. .
Cooking:
I have tried cooking this dish with veal and pork, it turns out equally delicious, so choose the meat at your discretion. However, it must be a soft part, without veins and films, ideally sirloin.
Wash the meat and cut "straw" along the fibers. Put the pieces of meat in a bowl, pour cold water with vinegar and marinate for an hour.
Meanwhile, peel the vegetables and cut into half rings. It is better to take red peppers, so the dish will look brighter.
The original was buckwheat noodles, but you can make this with regular noodles too. Boil the pasta according to the instructions.
While the pasta is boiling, in a hot frying pan with a little vegetable oil, fry the meat until cooked.
Fry the meat until tender.
Place the meat on a plate and send the onions to the skillet, fry until soft and add the peppers. Cook the vegetables until desired softness. I've tried leaving the vegetables both slightly firm and cooking them until soft, we liked it both ways.
When the vegetables are done, return the meat to the skillet, add the soy sauce, salt and pepper if necessary, and cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
Then mix the cooked pasta with the meat and vegetables and serve.
Enjoy!"
