Beets baked in foil
Beets cooked in this way have a more intense taste and bright color. These beets can be used for various salads. I advise you to try it.

Cooking:
Do not peel the beets, just wash and dry them well. Wrap the beets tightly in foil and pierce in several places.

Sprinkle coarse salt on the baking tray so that it covers the bottom with a layer of 2 cm. Put the beets on the tray with salt and put in an oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for about 2 hours. Check the readiness of the beet by piercing it with a fork – if it is pierced without much effort, then it is ready. Salt, on which the beets were cooked, do not throw away – it can be used many times.
Peel the beets and use them for cooking.
