Pork baked with garlic
This dish is very simple to prepare, but it turns out incredibly tasty! Tender and juicy meat with a light aroma of garlic and spices. The hardest part is to hold back and cook it to the end, as the aromas are very appetizing when baked.
Composition:
- pork - 1 kg
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- salt
- ground black pepper
- ground red hot pepper
Cooking:
For cooking, you need to take the sirloin or so-called bit part of the carcass - a flat oblong muscle.
Wash and dry the meat. Peel the garlic and cut the cloves lengthwise in half, and cut the large ones into six pieces.
Make deep punctures in the meat with a sharp knife and pierce the meat with garlic on both sides.
Transfer the meat to a bowl, rub it with salt and pepper, cover the bowl with food wrap and leave to marinate at room temperature for 1–1.5 hours.
Allow the meat to marinate for 1–1.5 hours.
Wrap the pork tightly in foil and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 2 hours.
Slice the finished meat and serve.
