Cooking:
To make the corn juicy and soft, you need to use young, not overripe cobs. Peel the cobs from their shells, pour water over the corn to cover it completely and cook. Depending on the variety, corn is cooked from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours after boiling. Check readiness by tasting one of the kernels.
After the corn is cooked, drain the water and dry the cobs. Before serving, salt each cob.
