Sausage and cheese omelet
Even those who love to cook, sometimes there are moments when it's too lazy to go to the kitchen, but the family needs to be fed. And at one of those moments, my sister Luba suggested making an omelette, and not just any omelette, but one with a filling. Everything is cooked outrageously simple, and it turns out very tasty. The omelette looks very beautiful - rolled up in an envelope with an appetizing filling inside - a real lifesaver for lazy days.
