Scrambled eggs in a French toast.
A great recipe to diversify the usual scrambled eggs. Crispy toast and a juicy egg go very well together and are great for breakfast or as a snack during the day. And if you serve this dish with a salad, you will get a full lunch or dinner. It is easy to prepare, and I'm sure you will be pleased with the result.
Constituents:
- bread - a few slices
- eggs
- vegetable oil for frying
Cooking:
Cut a hole in the bread slices with a mold or a regular shot glass.
Cut a hole in the bread.
On a heated skillet greased with vegetable oil, place the bread, fry on one side and flip. Immediately afterwards, carefully, so as not to damage the integrity of the yolk, beat an egg into the hole in the bread and fry until ready.

Enjoy!
